What should I do to prepare for my clean?

You do not have to clean, that is what we are here for! However, it is helpful to pick up any clutter or excessive garbage before we arrive to make the clean more efficient and effective.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No! We work during normal business hours so we understand that people will not be home. In this case, we ask for a spare key, door, or garage code so we can enter easily and lock up on our way out.

What if I am not happy with my clean?

Please let us know. We are human and make mistakes sometimes. If you are not happy with something,  we will be happy to come back within 24 hours to fix it with no extra charge. 

Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?

No! We will bring anything we need for the clean. If you have any special requests we ask that you provide what would be needed in that case.

What about my pets?

We love pets! If you have any animals that are aggressive at all we ask that you put them in a safe place before we arrive.

Do I have to tip?

Absolutely not. Tips are not expected, but always appreciated.
